Phone Calls? No Thanks, Just Give Us Apps

As we’ve been focusing on Mobile these last two weeks, one chief question we’ve been asking ourselves, is: What do Chinese youth want out of a phone? We looked for someone who truly represented the modern Chinese mobile user; someone with a smartphone or iPhone, someone who’s actively online, downloads apps, etc… Turns out, we didn’t have to go any further than our enovate offices. Cool extraordinaire, Leon, gives the low-down on how he uses his iPhone, by giving us his top 10 apps.

No.1 – Sina twitter (Weibo)

It’s all about Sina’s twitter app, Weibo. I can upload anything I think or see through this iPhone client app. It’s convenient, fun, and as more and more of my friends are using it, it allows me to keep in touch with most people. It’s addictive; as more people enter the conversation, it keeps getting better.

    I thought for sure that game, “Sperm Killer” (on Leon’s phone in the pictures) would have surely cracked the top ten…
